We understand that medical conditions and personal issues can impact your ability to take the GPPAE Exam effectively. We’re committed to accommodating Exam takers by making special arrangements as needed to ensure everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to demonstrate their Professional proficiency.

You can request special arrangements up until the day bookings close for your selected GPPAE Exam date.

If you need special arrangements on test day, we’ll ask you to share with us:

• full details of the accommodations you’ll need,
• the reason you need them, and
• supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or related evidence that supports your request.

How do I request special arrangements/testing accommodations?

You can request special arrangements during the test booking process:

• In Step 3, “Select a Venue”, select the box next to either Medical or Other
• Write a description of your medical condition or personal issue as well as the particular arrangement you will need
• Upload supporting documentation to the system as requested.

Alternatively, you can request special arrangements using our request form. If you use the form, you will need to resubmit your request each time you book or reschedule your GPPAE Exam.

What’s next after I submit my request?

Our team will review your request, and if accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and details on the provisions we will supply.

If your request hasn’t been accepted, you will be notified via email. We may also be in contact if we need further information regarding your request.
