It’s easy to change your personal details in your GPPAE account, including your gender, contact information, ID details, and nationality.

Where do I update my details?

To update these details:

1. Log into your GPPAE account.
2. Go to your account details and edit the required fields.
3. Remember to save your changes.

For GPPAE on Paper at a venue:

1. Log into your GPPAE account
2. Click Edit contact info on the left side of the navigation under your email address.
3. Edit any of the editable details listed in each tab.
4. Click Save to save your changes.

For GPPAE on Computer at a venue and GPPAE@Home:

1. Log into your GPPAE account
2. Click my details on the left side of the navigation.
3. Click Edit next to the section you’d like to update.
4. Click Apply these changes to your Profile and Bookings to save your changes.

How do I change my name or date of birth?

While you can’t update your legal name or date of birth yourself, we can support you if you need these details changed. Contact us to request an update to your name or date of birth.
